We invite you to book a FREE consultation with us at your earliest convenience so we can learn about your goals, current lifestyle, and any medical or movement considerations.

During the consultation we’ll:

  • Discuss your goals (weight loss, strength, performance, rehabilitation, etc.)

  • Review your medical history and current medications or injuries

  • Assess current activity levels, sleep, and nutrition patterns

  • Explain our training and coaching options, pricing, and commitment expectations

  • Recommend the best next steps and outline a tailored plan

Scheduling details:

  • Consultations are available by phone, video call, or in-person. Choose the option that’s most convenient for you.

  • Typical consultation length: 30–45 minutes.

  • Please have the following ready before your appointment: a list of current medications, any recent medical or imaging reports (if applicable), and a brief summary of your training history.

  • If you cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another client.

  • If you’re booking for multiple family members or a small group, let us know so we can allocate appropriate time.
